NDE Offshore has completed structural and subsea inspections for Siemens at the BorWin 2, HelWin 1 and 2 and SylWin 1 HVDC offshore platforms in the German North Sea.
The Swedish outfit deployed its Edda Fonn vessel to carry out visual and multi beam surveys of the platforms.
NDE also used remote operated vehicles and unmanned aerial vehicles or drones to conduct the surveys.
It was the second year in a row that the company had been contracted to perform the inspections.
