The installation of jacket foundations at the 30MW Tamra offshore wind farm off the coast of South Korea is nearing completion.
Korean contractor Daeshin Wind Power (DSW) has tackled the works off Jeju island. Doosan 3MW turbines will feature at the project with the first installation of hardware expected to begin shortly.
The project is being developed by a consortium of companies including Doosan.
It will be the country’s first offshore wind farm when commissioned in 2017.
