TenneT is seeking interested companies to deliver cable systems to connect offshore wind farms off Germany in so-called cluster three to the DolWin Kappa platform.
Cluster three three covers areas known as N-3.7 and N-3.8.

The so-called market investigation is part of a possible, subsequent procurement project, the document said.
Participation is only open for applicants who have experience in the field of sea cable manufacturing and/or installation, the document said.
Participants should provide a feedback in regards to available capacity as well as their preliminary interest for participating in the upcoming tender without any obligation to participate.
