Vroon walk-to-work vessel VOS Stone is providing support to Siemens Gamesa at the 497MW Hohe See offshore wind farm in the German North Sea.
The vessel is on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week, deploying service teams to the project’s 7MW turbines.

Vroon said the operations are being carried out via a gangway or by crew-transfer vessel.
VOS Stone is also supplying fuel, water and food to the jack-up vessels working on Hohe See, with all operations performed from the Danish port of Esjberg.
All 71 machines have been installed at Hohe See, with first power delivered in August.
