Earlier this year Navantia’s Fene shipyard began receiving the first batch of components manufactured at the French port of Brest for the jacket foundations for Saint-Brieuc.
The jackets are 74 metres high.
The jackets project involves the generation of nearly 2000 jobs, mainly in Fene, Aviles and the Navantia-Windar facility in the port of Brest.
