VSB, part of TotalEnergies, is showcasing its project pipeline and development experience at WindEurope 2026 in Madrid.
The company operates in six European countries and has delivered more than 750 wind and solar installations, with a pipeline exceeding 20GW across wind, photovoltaics and battery storage.
VSB added that it is contributing to discussions on accelerating renewable expansion by focusing on turning policy targets into approved and realised projects.
“Europe needs not only ambitious targets, but also their consistent implementation in approved, financed and realised projects,” said Dr Felix Grolman, chief executive of the VSB Group.
“We translate energy policy objectives into tangible infrastructure – from greenfield developments and hybrid concepts to the repowering of existing wind farms.”
The company highlighted repowering as a key lever, noting that several tens of thousands of megawatts of onshore wind capacity in Europe will reach end of life in the coming years.
VSB pointed to its Löberitz project in Germany, where three Vestas V172-7.2 turbines will replace five existing units, increasing capacity from 4.25MW to 21.6MW and annual output from 6.44GWh to 65.7GWh.
The firm also emphasised hybrid parks combining wind and solar at shared grid connections, including a 303MWp photovoltaic project with battery storage in Poland expected to generate 446GWh annually.
VSB said it is engaging investors and partners in Madrid to advance wind, solar and hybrid projects across Europe.
