Wien Energie and EVN Naturkraft have officially inaugurated the 19.8MW Oberwaltersdorf wind farm in Lower Austria.
The project feature six Vestas V112 turbines.
It will produce enough electricity to supply about 12,000 households, the developers said.
The €27m project is located some 30km south of Vienna.
