Nominations close Friday for the Scottish Green Energy Awards, which will include 13 categories this year.
Among two new categories is an award for best community engagement, recognising efforts by a commercial developer to encourage local participation in a project or share its benefits with communities.
Another is for professional services, to award the provision of outstanding service of any kind to the renewable energy sector.
Finalists for the awards, which also include traditional categories such as engineering excellence and business growth, close 6 October ahead of a presentation night in December.
