Investment manager Downing has completed the acquisition of an operational 46MW onshore wind farm in northeast Sweden.
The renewable energy and infrastructure arm of the Downing Estate Planning Service acquired the portfolio of 20 Enercon 2.3MW turbines located on a plateau in the SE2 pricing region.
The project has been operational since 2012. The asset is expected to generate around 110 GWh of electricity per year .
Operation and maintenance services will be provided by Enercon.
