Dutch energy co-operatives Deltawind and Zeeuwind have reached financial close for the €200m Windpark Krammer in the province of Zeeland.
Equity for the 102MW project came from Deltawind and Zeeuwind and from German turbine fabricator Enercon.
The project will feature 34 Enercon E-115 3MW turbines.
ASN Bank, ING Bank, Rabobank and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp provided debt financing. A portion of the funds also came from local communities.
Construction of the wind farm at the Krammer Locks is underway and is due online in 2019.
Last October, Google and Dutch companies Akzo Nobel, DSM and Philips signed a power purchase agreement for the project.
