It will generate 108 gigawatt-hours of electricity a year when it comes online at the end of 2019, the company said.
Enel said the plant is supported by a long-term power purchase agreement signed with banking group BBVA last year.
Primoral will cover 30% of the energy needs of BBVA’s corporate buildings and branch network in Spain, while Enel Green Power will provide the remaining 70% through green certificates.
