Swedish wind farm operator Eolus Vind has seen its profits increase in its third quarter financial results ending May 2019.
In the period between March and May 2019, the company recorded net profits of Skr12.2m (€1.2m), compared with a loss of Skr4.6m in the same period in 2018.
Earnings before interest, tax depreciation and amortisation reached Skr10.9m between March and May 2019 compared with a loss of Skr10m in the same period last year.
At the end of the period Eolus had 421MW of capacity under management compared with 337MW under asset management in the same period last year.
Between March-May 2019 the company handed over an installed capacity of 2MW to customers, compared with 1.4MW in March-May 2018.
Electricity production from Eolus-owned wind farms owned was 3.3 gigawatt hours (GWh) in March-May 2019 with an average revenue of Skr454 per megawatt hour (MWh), compared with 6.3GWh in the same 2018 period, with an average revenue of 532/MWh.
