Eurowind Energy has acquired a stake in the Ausumgaard energy park in Central Jutland and completed a major renewables transaction in Poland.
The company said the Danish site includes biogas production and four V112 wind turbines and generates 26.4 million Nm³ of biogas.
It added that the facility aims to integrate technologies such as Power-to-Gas as part of a wider strategy across power-to-heat and CO₂ utilisation.
Eurowind also finalised the purchase of assets and a project portfolio from Sabowind in Poland, including six operating wind turbines totalling 12MW and 370MW of wind and solar projects in development.
According to the company, the deal also brings three specialists from Sabowind’s Polish branch into its Poznan team.
“While the industry in general seems to be slowing down, Eurowind Energy is doing the opposite,” said Jens Rasmussen (pictured), chief executive of Eurowind Energy.
“We are buying assets and maintaining a high level of activity because we believe in the long-term potential of renewable energy,” he added.
“These acquisitions are not just about capacity – they are about building strong partnerships and integrating technologies that will define the future energy system.”
