German asset manager CEE Group has acquired two wind farms in Germany from Dutch company DunoAir for an undisclosed price.
The projects are the 12MW Kuhbett facility in Hesse, which comprises four Enercon E-115 turbines, and the 4.6MW Kappel-Faas plant featuring two E-82 E2 machines, located in Rhineland-Palatinate.
CEE Operations will be responsible for commercial management with DunoAir Windpark Management covering technical operations.
DunoAir chief executive Arjen Ploeg said: “We are pleased with the sale of Kuhbett and Kappel-Faas wind farms to CEE Group which represents our first transaction together.
“We look forward to working together going forward as we continue to provide technical operation services to these wind farms.”
CEE Group chief executive Detlef Schreiber said: “We are delighted to have successfully completed the acquisition of Kuhbett and Kappel-Faas wind farms which is in line with CEE’s strategic objective of concentrating on our core business in Germany and France.
“Looking ahead, we will continue to work with partners as we implement our growth strategy which includes expanding into new continental European markets”
CEE Group said the deal raises its portfolio to 370MW.
