German fund manager Encavis Asset Management has acquired a wind farm in Germany and two solar parks in France with combined capacity of 36MW.
The 14MW Gussenstadt wind farm is located in the Heidenheim district of Baden-Wurttemberg and has been operating since April 2018.

It comprises four Nordex turbines with hub heights of 140 metres.
The two unnamed solar plants are in southern France and have capacity totalling 22MW.
Encavis in cooperation with Bayerische Landesbank set up the special fund Encavis Infrastructure Fund II for banks, insurance companies and pension funds.
No details were released about the sellers or the price of the transactions.
