Innergex Renewable Energy has completed the acquisition of the 44MW Yonne wind farm in northern France for €35.2m.
The project was completed at the end of January and is one of eight wind farms in France that Innergex announced that it was buying in March 2016.
Innergex owns a 69.55% interest in the wind farm, with Desjardins Group Pension Plan holding the remaining 30.45%.
All electricity generated by Yonne will be sold under an initial 15-year power purchase agreement to Électricité de France.
