Argentine energy company Central Puerto has started commercial operations at the 99MW La Castellana wind farm in Argentina.
The project was developed by CP La Castellana, a subsidiary of CP Renovables in which Central Puerto holds a controlling equity stake.
La Castellana received financial support from the International Finance Corporation, the Inter-American Investment Corporation and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires.
The wind farm brings Central Puerto’s total installed capacity to almost 3.8GW.
