Infrastructure Capital Group (ICG) has completed the acquisition of the 106.6MW Bald Hills wind farm in Victoria from Mitsui & Co (Australia).
The project comprises 52 Senvion MM92 2.05MW turbines and started operations in September 2015.
It is backed by long-term contracts, including a 15-year offtake agreement with Alinta Energy, ICG said.
ICG executive director Craig Whalen said: “Operationally, there will be no change at the wind farm with all existing contracts remaining unaffected by the acquisition.”
