Munich Re asset manager MEAG has acquired from Eolus the 12MW Jung-Åsa wind farm in Sweden.
The wind farm, which is in Vara municipality, consists of six Vestas V90 2MW units.
Eolus signed an agreement in December with MEAG to sell two wind farms totalling 38.4MW.
Under the terms of the agreement, Eolus will provide asset management services for the two wind farms.
The second wind farm, the 26.4MW Iglasjön project in Kungsbacka municipality is expected to be commissioned and handed over to Munich Re during the autumn 2016.
It will comprise eight Vestas V112 3.3MW wind turbines.
