Nordex has secured a turbine order with an undisclosed client to supply 41 turbines to an unnamed wind farm in Colombia.
The order for N149/4.0-4.5 machines also includes a service agreement for a period of two years.

There is an option to extend the servicing initially by three and, subsequently, a further five years.
The turbines with a rotor diameter of 149 metres will be installed on site on tubular steel towers and have hub heights of 105 metres.
Colombia has been identified as having considerable wind potential in various regions, the company said.
Official figures show 1278 wind turbine generators were installed in Latin America in 2019, most of them in Mexico, Brazil and Argentina. Nordex said.
