Nordex has received a turbine order for a 32MW in Germany from its regular customer WPD.
Nordex will supply seven N149/4.X turbines from the Delta4000 series for the Kantow wind farm in Brandenburg.

The order also includes a service contract for the maintenance of the turbines over 15 years with an extension option for a further five years.
The 31.5MW Kantow will feature the turbines with a rated output of 4.5MW, installed on hybrid towers with a hub height of 164 metres.
Turbine installation will take place in mid-2023.
WPD was awarded the contract for Kantow in spring 2022 as part of an onshore wind tender round held by the Federal Network Agency.
