Nordex has increased its market share in the French onshore wind market to 14% on the back of 155MW in newly-installed turbines in 2015.
The German manufacturer said today that it surpassed 1GW of installed turbines in the country last year, growing its share from 9% in 2014.
The majority of 2015’s instalations were N100/2500 turbines with the some 60 units delivered and commissioned across France.
This includes a deal for six N100/2500 turbines for the Tenbonrev wind farm in the Champagne region which will see hardware delivered in September.
Nordex will also delvier four N117/2400 turbines to the Morlange wind farm near the Luxembourg border later this year.
