Nordex Group has received a 39MW order from NeXtWind Management GmbH for the Lütau 2 repowering project in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.
The company said it will supply seven N149/5.X turbines on 125-metre tubular steel towers and provide Premium Service for 20 years.
NeXtWind added that the new phase will expand the existing Lütau 1 wind farm, increasing total site capacity to 68.4MW.
Installation of the turbines is scheduled for spring 2027 with commissioning expected in summer 2027.
The Lütau 1 wind farm currently comprises five N149/5.X units and has been operating since 2025.
NeXtWind operates more than 37 sites with a capacity of 500MW and has a repowering capacity of 2GW.
The company plans to expand to a total generation capacity of 3GW by 2028.
