US power company NRG Energy is selling the 100MW High Lonesome Mesa wind farm in New Mexico.
Macquarie Group will own 77.47% of the project and Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure will have a 22.53% stake. The sale price was not disclosed.
The US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has approved the deal.
The project, developed by the Edison Mission Group, Foresight Wind Energy and Karbon Zero, became operational in 2011.
High Lonesome Mesa features 40 Clipper Windpower turbines. The output is sold to Arizona Public Service under a 30-year power contract.
