PNE Group has sold the 60MW Hultema wind farm in Sweden to Swiss infrastructure fund Reichmuth Infrastruktur 2 for an undisclosed price.
Hultema is located in the southern part of the country and when completed will comprise of Siemens Gamesa 6.0-155 turbines.
The project was developed by Swedish WKN subsidiary VKS Vindkraft Sverige, which is part of PNE.
Construction started in February and is being managed by PNE Group as a service provider on behalf of the buyer.
Commissioning is planned for mid-2023.
PNE subsidiary Energy Consult will be responsible for the technical and commercial management of the wind farm after commissioning.
A long-term power purchase agreement has been concluded with Axpo for the marketing of electricity.
PNE chief executive Markus Lesser said: “Our long-standing commitment in Sweden is once again paying off.
