Repsol has completed the grid connection for the first turbines at its 335MW Delta wind complex in Aragon, Spain.
The €300m wind facility will initially operate on a trial basis and will begin commercial operation at the end of the year, based on Repsol’s projected timetable.

Delta is made up of eight wind farms, located in the Zaragoza and Teruel provinces, with a total of 89 wind turbines.
Delta is one of seven renewables projects Repsol is developing in the Iberian Peninsula, in different phases of development, adding up to a total capacity of 2300 MW.
Repsol’s portfolio also includes Delta 2, made up of 26 wind farms located in the provinces of Huesca, Zaragoza, and Teruel, which totals 860MW.
