Vestas has announced it has signed two new turbine orders in Germany for a total of 58MW.
The first deal covers 36MW consisting of five V172-7.2MW units for the WP Brand project. Delivery of the hardware is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026, with commissioning planned for the third quarter of 2026.

The second order covers 22MW, comprising three V172-7.2MW machines destined for the WP Lautertal scheme.
Turbine delivery for this wind farm is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026, with commissioning in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Both orders include a 25-year AOM5000 service agreement for the hardware.
