VSB Group has acquired nine wind farm projects totalling 144MW in France.
The projects are located in the departments of Allier, Creuse, Isère, Oise, Pas-de-Calais and Puy de Dôme.

The projects were originally developed by the companies ADE and 3N Développement.
VSB will manage and monitor the various stages of project development, carried out by ADE and 3N Développement, up to the ready-to-build stage.
The assignment contract transfers all rights and obligations resulting from the lease agreements, the occupation agreements of the public domain and the deliberations of public authorities relating to the projects.
