GE Vernova has secured agreements to supply 71MW of onshore wind turbines to BBWind and Greenvolt Power for projects across Germany.
The deals were booked in the fourth quarter of 2025, the company said.
The agreements include an extension of GE Vernova’s collaboration with BBWind and a new partnership with Greenvolt Power, it added.
BBWind is a Muenster-based developer specialising in regional community wind projects.
GE Vernova’s manufacturing presence in Germany is anchored by its 70000 square metre facility in Salzbergen.
Germany installed approximately 4.6GW of onshore wind in 2025 and is targeting 80% renewable electricity by 2030.
Gilan Sabatier, chief commercial officer of onshore wind international markets at GE Vernova, said, “We are proud to deepen our relationship with BBWind and embark on this significant volume of work with Greenvolt Power.”
“These orders for over 70 MWs demonstrate the trust our customers place in our workhorse turbines to deliver reliable, renewable energy.”
