Chinese wind turbine manufacturer CRRC Wind Power Shandong has opened a research and development office in Denmark.
The office in Copenhagen will serve as a hub for advanced product development and as a base for cooperation with local partners, such as universities, and wind projects in Europe.

CRRC Wind Power Shandong Denmark chief representative Na Li said: “Denmark is renowned worldwide for its wind energy knowhow and solutions.
“Prominent institutions such as the Technical University of Denmark and many wind energy companies and suppliers are located in Greater Copenhagen, which is a major contributor to our decision of establishing here.”
CRRC Wind Power Shandong builds turbines between 1.5MW and 6MW for the onshore and offshore markets.
