Envision Energy has signed a seven-year framework agreement with ACWA Power to cooperate on renewable projects in Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan and wider Central and Eastern Asia, according to the companies.
The deal covers wind turbine supply, technology cooperation and operations and maintenance services, as well as joint business development in China.
Envision said the partnership will also support local manufacturing, including turbine component production and service infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, alongside concrete tower and blade capacity in Uzbekistan.
