Danish renewables developer European Energy has downgraded its financial guidance for profit before tax and revenue in 2018 due to delays in finalising sales contracts.
The company said it expects profit before tax to be between €23-25m this year, instead of €26-28m, and revenue to be €115m-120m down from €190m-210m previously.

European Energy said the sale of a 39MW wind farm in Italy will now close in 2019, rather than 2018.
It said: “2018 has been a satisfactory year for European Energy. The underlying business shows a healthy development and growth in all business segments.”
