Full Circle has expanded its UK supply chain and partnered with Global Delivery Solutions to strengthen wind turbine logistics operations.
The independent operations and maintenance provider has established seven UK supply locations to improve stock availability and responsiveness, the company said.
Global Delivery Solutions will manage end-to-end logistics including freight and specialist transport under the agreement, it added.
The model supports operations across additional sites in Italy, France and Greece and enables transfers between European markets.
Full Circle said the strategy aims to reduce turbine downtime, improve delivery efficiency and build a more resilient supply chain.
Chief executive Phil Goleby of Full Circle Wind Services said: “Over the past year, we’ve taken a close look at how our supply chain needs to evolve to support both our customers’ wind turbine operations and maintenance requirements and our growth ambitions.
“Supply chain disruption has become normalised in our industry, but it shouldn’t be.”
Managing director Phil Bains of Global Delivery Solutions Ltd said: “Our focus is on delivering flexible, reliable logistics solutions that adapt to our customers’ needs.
“Working with Full Circle, we’ve implemented a model that combines dedicated resources with integrated systems, enabling efficient execution across a wide range of delivery requirements.”
