Full Circle Wind Services has appointed Phil Goleby as chief executive officer as part of a planned succession process.
The company said Goleby took up the role on 1 April 2026, succeeding Billy Stevenson who will retire at the end of the year.
Full Circle added Stevenson will remain involved until the end of 2026 to support the transition and continue as a board member.
Goleby joined the company as chief operating officer in October 2025 and has experience across wind, solar and energy storage.
The company employs more than 230 people and provides operations and maintenance services to over 700 wind turbines across nine countries.
“Serving as CEO of Full Circle has been one of the highlights of my career, and I am incredibly proud of everything our team has achieved over the past five years,” said Billy Stevenson, board member and former chief executive of Full Circle Wind Services.
“We have built a strong, customer-focused organisation, and I am confident that the company is in very capable hands with Phil stepping into the CEO role.”
“I’m honoured to lead Full Circle and build on the strong foundation Billy has put in place,” said Phil Goleby, chief executive of Full Circle Wind Services.
“Together with our leadership team, we will continue to set high standards for service delivery and further establish ourselves as a trusted O&M provider.”
