Geotechnical engineering consultancy Gavin & Doherty Geosolutions (GDG) has appointed John Begley as finance director.
Begley (pictured) will provide strategic and financial guidance to ensure that the company’s financial commitments are met.

Begley, a chartered accountant (ICAI), qualified at KPMG in Dublin.
He has worked in several industries that include manufacturing, healthcare, aviation and tourism.
GDG managing director Paul Doherty said: “GDG is delighted to welcome John to the company, he will play a pivotal role in setting robust financial infrastructure, whilst also being a major contributor to the commercial development and strategic direction of the business.”
