Low-carbon investor Coro Energy has appointed Michael Carrington (pictured) managing director of its renewables division.
Previously Coro’s chief operating officer, Carrington will have overall operational responsibility for the company’s renewable energy interests.
Carrington will also become a non-board Group PDMR.
Coro said the move was part of re-confirming its primary focus on South East Asia and the significant growth and investment opportunities the region provides.
As part of this decision, Mark Hood has been appointed as a non-executive director of the company and country chairman for the Philippines, with immediate effect.
In his new capacities Hood will support the progress in the Philippines on both the renewables and hydrocarbons portfolio.
