Martin brings over a decade of recruitment expertise in the renewable energy domain, it added. “Throughout his career, John has held key leadership positions, supporting major organisations through the energy transition,” said the UK-based company.

At LSP, Martin (pictured) will drive further growth within the onshore renewables division focusing on grid, interconnector, and HVDC sectors, leveraging his expertise in wind, solar and energy storage to support clients in these areas.

“I am very excited to join LSP, a business I have followed closely in the Renewable industry for many years, their reputation is unparalleled, and their ambition to grow service offerings to their Onshore clients’ programmes really matched my aspirations,” said Martin.

“Utilising my network and experience in these core markets, I am looking forward to working alongside my new colleagues to drive our growth in the onshore renewables space and continue to service our clients across the European energy market.

“The business has seen amazing growth in the last years, under the leadership of Adam, Ashley and Lewis, and it will be a pleasure to support them as they build on their already-stella reputation”.

LSP director Ashley Harrington added: “We are thrilled to welcome John and look forward to his contribution, not only to LSP, but in assisting our clients and other industry leaders with overcoming the strains & demands on the grid.

“John has served the energy sector for over a decade, bringing with him many long-standing relationships within the industry, this is a true testament to his professional and amenable personality, as such John is a fantastic asset to LSP Renewables, I am sure he will continue to go over and above for all our clients”.
