Vestas has received a 114MW turbine order as part of its third quarter intake.
The company will supply 19 V162-6.0 machines for Competitive Power Ventures’ Rogue’s Wind project in Cambria and Clearfield Counties, Pennsylvania.

The deal also covers a multi-year Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) service agreement for the hardware.
Vestas will deliver the turbines in the first quarter of 2025, and expects commissioning in the third quarter of the same year, the company said.
The Rogue’s Wind array will repurpose a former coal mine.
