French renewables developer Sabella has put its D10-1000 tidal turbine back in the water at the Fromveur passage off Brittany in France.
The company used the offshore support vessel Olympic Challenger for the works, which were carried out over the weekend.

The developer had removed the machine in April to carry out maintenance works on the device at the harbour of Brest.
Sabella holds a permit to leave the device at the Fromveur passage, where water depths reach up 60 metres, until the end of 2021.
