SgurrEnergy, Savills and Diageo, as well as the Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult’s 7MW Levenmouth offshore wind demo, are among the organisations hoping for success at tonight’s 2016 Scottish Green Energy Awards.
Almost 50 organisations are in line for awards across 13 categories, which will be revealed at an event at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.
Others potentially in line for an award are the Glasgow Science Centre’s Powering the Future exhibition and three hydro projects developed by communities in the Cairngorms, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Parks.
The event is to be hosted by comedian Miles Jupp.
