Netherlands-based specialist in major component exchange services for wind turbines using up-tower cranes LiftWerx Europe has announced it will be rebranded as LiftOff, effective 7 August.
LiftOff was originally established as the European branch of LiftWerx, a North American based independent services provider to the onshore wind industry.
“The change in our company’s name marks a significant milestone in LiftOff’s journey, symbolizing a fresh identity and vision,” said LiftOff managing director Eelko May.
“This rebranding represents our continued commitment to being a game-changer in the wind industry, ensuring minimum downtime and optimal performance of our client’s wind farms, especially in the offshore wind energy market.”
Clients and partners can expect the same high-quality service and dedication to safety and excellence LiftWerx has always provided, now under the LiftOff banner, said the company.
The team remains unchanged, and the company will continue to operate from its current location in The Hague.
LiftOff is a Netherlands-based highly specialised contractor, focused on major component exchanges using up-tower cranes. Its goal is to minimise downtime, enhance performance and extend the lifespan of machines.
The company performs turnkey exchange services as well as specialised lifting services, with a focus on gearbox exchanges, generator exchanges, blade exchanges, and pitch bearing exchanges.
As part of the rebranding, LiftOff has launched a new website at www.liftoff-mce.com.
