Renewable energy developer RES has developed and/or constructed 14GW of projects over the last 10 years.
The company said 2019 has been a record year for the company with 4.2GW of developed or constructed across the globe.
Highlights of the year include construction starting on the first subsidy-free wind farm in the UK, boosting solar performance by 12% and realising 1% better than industry standard performance on managed assets.
RES has also constructed the largest bifacial solar farm in the Americas, achieved 1.5GW of power purchase agreements and received consent for over 2GW of projects in Australia.

RES said that it expects the push for renewable energy in the 2020’s will be stronger than ever and is poised to meet growing demand.
