Watson Farley & Williams has appointed Sonya Kalnin to its Bangkok corporate team as a partner.
The legal expert is dual qualified in England & Wales and Ontario, Canada, and has extensive expertise advising clients – from start-ups to well-established companies – on public and private cross-border M&A, joint ventures and project finance in the energy and infrastructure sectors, said the company.
Her appointment enhances the firm’s core capabilities, aligning with WFW’s strategy of growth and excellence in these areas, it added.
