Capital Dynamics has acquired a 63MWp solar photovoltaic project in Hampshire, UK from BayWa re.
The company said the project will begin construction in 2027 and is expected to reach commercial operation in 2028.
BayWa r.e. added the project, known as Fleet Solar Farm, has secured an AR7 Contracts for Difference offtake agreement.
The acquisition expands Capital Dynamics’ solar PV portfolio in the UK as it invests in energy infrastructure supporting energy security and climate targets.
