Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) has chosen Exus Management Partners as asset manager for the 477MW Fighting Jays solar farm in the US state of Texas.
Following earlier trials of Exus’ financial management services in 2021, CIP awarded the asset management contract to the company to capitalise on the its considerable transferable expertise from managing wind farms, Exus said.
It will support CIP by leveraging its knowledge to provide custom solar optimisation and reporting tools.
Fighting Jays is located just outside Houston and will meet the needs of approximately 62,000 homes.
