Solar developer Emeren Group has completed the sale of a 58MW project portfolio in Poland to Spectris Energy, a subsidiary of GoldenPeaks Capital.
GoldenPeaks Capital is an energy producer focused on turnkey construction and operation of renewable solar energy.
The projects are located in Pomorskie Voivodeship and are at the ready-to-build stage.
Spectris Energy will complete the construction and retain long-term ownership.
