Greenvolt Next has signed an EPC contract with Infinis to deliver two solar parks in the UK.
The company said the projects are California Solar Park in Stockton-on-Tees and Gowerton Solar Park in Swansea, totalling more than 110MW.
Greenvolt Next added it will handle design, procurement and construction, with Infinis set to operate the sites once completed.
Construction at the California project began in March 2026, with Gowerton due to follow shortly, and both scheduled for completion in summer 2027.
The projects are expected to generate enough electricity to power more than 40,000 homes annually.
“This is an exciting new partnership for Greenvolt Next as we expand our EPC capabilities, a key component of our business model alongside our C&I self-consumption solutions,” said Owen Power, chief executive of Greenvolt Next UK.
“These Infinis solar parks will deliver significant renewable energy capacity, create long-term value for local communities and contribute to the country’s decarbonisation goals.”
“These projects mark an important step in expanding Infinis’ solar portfolio and delivering more renewable electricity to the UK grid,” said Andrew Leeding, director of development and construction at Infinis.
“With Contracts for Difference secured, they provide long term certainty while helping bring forward new renewable capacity.”
