Kansai Electric Power will buy all the power generated by the plant for 20 years at a price of ¥24 (€0.19)/kWh.
MUFG Bank arranged the lending for the project, with Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities financial advisor and Baker McKenzie was legal counsel to Pacifico Energy.
Ako is Pacifico Energy’s 11th solar project and brings the total capacity in its portfolio to 930MW, of which 227MW are operational.
