Employees at Orsted have elected three employee representatives to the company’s board of directors.
Orsted said Benny Gøbel, senior mechanical specialist generation, and Pawel Matysiak, solutions manager finance and digital technology, have both been re-elected.

The company added Ruchit Majmudar, lead venture manager commercial, has been elected as a new employee representative.
All three will join the board of directors following the annual general meeting on 9 April 2026.
The employee-elected board members will serve a term of four years.
