Enercon has signed a new framework agreement with Max Bögl AG to secure supply of concrete-steel hybrid towers as the manufacturer scales up for rising demand.
The deal sets a production quota to give planning certainty for both sides and includes towers for Enercon’s latest turbine types, which are available with high hub heights. Bögl will also supply prefabricated components made using lower-emission concrete.
